Waste and leftovers

At a festival with several bars spread over a larger area, you cannot avoid having leftovers at the end of the festival.

  • We choose the packaging in on our range so that we can return as much as possible
  • We buy the range in smaller units to minimize waste - for example water in 30cl instead of 50cl.
  • We use our leftovers after the festival and if there is more left than we can use ourselves, we sell or donate it
  • We deliver any surplus edible food to Varmestuen ( a Silkeborg based warming center), to the extent that they can and need to receive it
