Lunch experience delivered by local actors!

In collaboration with Silkeborg Restaurateursforening, which is an association of the city's restaurateurs, we offer a 3-course menu inspired by Silkeborg and the temptations of summer.

Several of the member restaurants will each create a dish for this special occasion.

First serving:

White fish from the salty sea, asparagus and herbs

Main course:

Chicken, green peas and crispy salads

The sweet ending:

Danish strawberries, cream and chocolate
