One of Denmark's - and Silkeborg's - oldest Blues Band! There probably aren't many who would have believed this. To stop the games in 1993/94 - and come back strong in 2018! And at the same time write a piece of music history in Silkeborg.
In 1984, Buffalo Woman Blues Band (BWBB) was formed by brothers Per and Kim Stephensen, Leon Thøgersen, Per Andersen and Jørgen Sørensen. In 1991, Iens Simonsen replaced Jørgen Sørensen. At that time, they had been playing all over Denmark for 7 years. They actually continued to do so until 1993/94. Almost 25 years would pass before they got back on the field. And that is not least due to the singer in the band - Iens Simonsen and chairman and booker for B`Sharp - Charlie Tambaur.
