Over the past two decades, Thorbjørn Risager & The Black Tornado have spent 9-10 months a year on the road. They have toured in more than 20 countries and played everything from intimate jazz clubs to large festival stages. The band has visited every corner of Denmark and Scandinavia, and have made their way through a large number of countries around the rest of the world. Whether it is at a packed nightclub or a large festival, their live performances captivate the audience and leave them as dedicated members of the Black Tornado family. When the seven members take the stage, it is a visual fireworks display. The traditional lineup of vocals, guitar, bass, and drums is complemented by piano and a horn section. It is blues at its best!
