The orchestra is led by Jan Nørgaard.

Sejs Blæserne is a brass band based at Sejs Skole in Silkeborg Municipality.

The orchestra was founded in 1981 and consists of approx. 25 members, the majority of whom are former pupils from Sejs Skole.

The orchestra plays a large number of concerts each year and takes part in many different events both locally and nationally, and the orchestra also often collaborates with local choirs and orchestras. Every other year, the orchestra goes on a concert tour, and this year Sejs Blæserne is making a musical visit to northern Germany.

Over the years, Sejs Blæserne has participated in many concert conventions and competitions for brass bands. - The last two years also with top positions.
