Free concerts at Riverboat
The unique about Riverboat Jazz Festival is, that you can join most of it without paying to get in. That goes for the three big tents - in the middle of Silkeborg: Havnen (the HArbour tent), Torvet (main square) and Bindslevs Plads - and at Rampelys and some concerts on Performers House. Further more you get music in more than 15 bars, pubs and restaurants - and in the streets, as well.
Walk around and enjoy the nice atmosphere, friendly people and lots of jazz music. THAT's what we call 'classic jazz in Danish design'.
Indoor concerts and the Riverboat cruises
For concerts at Jysk Musik & Teaterhus, Performers House and the church concerts - you have to pay tickets
And for the sailing tours Friday and Saturday at 6 pm and 9 pm - you must also buy tickets if you want to join 2 hours of sailing with live music on board.
Tickets are on sale from the beginning of May.
