    Så er ”kiksedrengene” tilbage for fuld udblæsning. En blanding af Kansas City jazz og blues fra ’40erne spillet af et betagende, forrygende, opløftende, svingende, nonstop live band. Et band, der ser ud som om de lige er trådt ud af en sort/hvid film, fra tiden da swing, blues, and jive var sagen. Et af festival mest populære orkestre.

    The Biscuit Boys are back and ready to have a blast! A mixture of Kansas City jazz and blues from the 40s, played by a fascinating, terrific, edifying, swinging, non-stop live band. A band, which looks like it just jumped out of a monochrome film from the time, when swing, blues and jive was very hot

    Dann sind die „Keksjungs“ zurück und geben Vollgas. Eine Mischung aus Kansas City Jazz und Blues aus den 40er Jahren, gespielt von einer atemberaubenden, tollen, mitreißenden, schwungvollen Non-Stop-Live-Band. Eine Band, die aussieht, als wären sie gerade einem Schwarz-Weiß-Film entsprungen, aus der Zeit, als Swing, Blues und Jive angesagt waren. Eines der beliebtesten Orchester des Festivals.

    Med fælles kærlighed for alt den dejlige musik, der er kommet ud af New Orleans de sidste 100 år, har musikerne i Vooo Ca Ray fundet hinanden i det Aarhusianske musik miljø. Bandet har eksisteret i 6 år, og har haft base på HeadQuarters i Aarhus som husorkester, og haft stor succes med koncertrækken “A Night In New Orleans”.

    The Vooo Ca Ray har spillet på flere af de danske jazz festivaler. Bl.a. Riverboat jazzfestival, Copenhagen jazz, Aarhus jazzfestival.

    Det bliver en spicy gumbo fyldt med alt fra second line street beats til Fats Domino - altså med andre ord en blanding af jazz og rythm and blues fra de helt traditionelle rødder

    With a common love for all the lovely music that has come out of New Orleans in the last 100 years, the musicians in Vooo Ca Ray have found each other in the Aarhus music environment. The band has existed for 6 years, and has been based at HeadQuarters in Aarhus as the house orchestra, and had great success with the concert series "A Night In New Orleans".

    The Vooo Ca Ray has played at several of the Danish jazz festivals. Among other things. Riverboat jazz festival, Copenhagen jazz, Aarhus jazz festival.

    It will be a spicy gumbo filled with everything from second line street beats to Fats Domino - in other words, a mixture of jazz and rhythm and blues from the completely traditional roots
